Who we are

This site is run by Kai (Pai Yoga Shala), in Pai, Mae Hong Son, Thailand, for Pai Retreats, retreats and stays in Pai. For anything about your data, send paiyogashala@gmail.com.

What this site collects

• No account, no advertising trackers and no cookies.
• Anonymous visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights): the page viewed, the site you came from, your country and device type. They use no cookies and cannot identify you or follow you to other sites.
• Our host, Vercel, keeps short-lived server logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure.

When you contact or book with us

Booking and contact buttons open WhatsApp, Instagram, email, Cal.com or Stripe. Those services handle your data under their own privacy policies. We use what you send us only to reply, arrange your sessions and take payment.

If you join our email list, we keep your email address to send what you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Why we may use your data

• Your consent: messages you send us and email sign-ups.
• Our agreement with you: sessions, packages and retreats you book.
• Our legitimate interest: keeping the site secure and understanding, anonymously, which pages help people.

How long we keep it

Messages and booking records are kept for up to two years after we last worked together, or longer where tax law requires. Email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (EU and UK) and Thailand's PDPA you can ask to see, correct, move or delete your data, and object to or limit how we use it. Email us and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority, for example the CNIL in France or the ICO in the UK.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies, so there is no cookie banner to accept.
